About Us
We are a restaurant located in the center of Waltham, Ma across from Town Hall.
Our traditional American style breakfasts and uniquely styled sandwich selection
have been the backbone of our success. With a commitment to our community
and the focus on total guest satisfaction we have been able to provide not only a great
food product, but a great overall experience as well.
We strive every day to meet and exceed our guests expectations. We know and
understand that without our guests there is no 'Us'. It is very important to us that
every guest receives the best experience they possibly can while in our restaurant.

The Story About Our Name
Everyone comments on what a unique or funny name we have, and they often ask
how it came about. Well, after leaving his job to pursue ownership opportunities in the
restaurant industry, the owner Tim, only had enough money to buy a place and live for 8
months. He really wanted a full service bar and restaurant but could not find anything
that was in the price range that he could work with. So at the 9 month mark he started
to evaluate what direction he wanted to go in. It was mentioned to him a few times by
other people that he should open up a deli/sandwich shop. He at first resisted this
suggestion. But then, while sitting on his couch and reevaluating his position he
stated that he was really 'In A Pickle'. From there it took on a life of its own. Now
you know the rest of the story.
